Prenatal yoga is a special class designed for expecting mothers, allowing them to safely move their bodies and connect with other moms-to-be. Our prenatal classes offer a supportive and nurturing environment where moms can connect with each other while learning safe movement for all stages of pregnancy. This is a great way to stay active and connected during this special time.

Through her classes, she helps people to cultivate inner peace, increase strength and flexibility, and find balance in their lives. She believes in the power of breath to bring clarity and calmness to the body, mind, and spirit. With her guidance, students learn to move with intention and create a deeper connection to themselves. By focusing on breath and movement, Dayna helps her students to create positive change and a more mindful lifestyle.
